When I drive at walking speed or little faster it sounds like the flap is stuck in the tunnel, but its not. Could this be any bearings? I seems like its the rear idler's, that's why I'm worried. If they fail, at my usual speed I am . Any help would be great. For such an expensive snowmobile ( 2007 ATTAK GT) I hope I don't need bearings already!?! Do I?

Is there maybe ice jammed up in the tunnel,if not check your tunnel protectors.

Check your track clips. I've redone mine 2 times.

are the track clips one after another or every second one?

Every third one.
My guess on the noise is that its rail approach noise, coming from the FRONT of the rails where the track clips first come into contact with the sliders. This can be reduced by pulling up the straps a little.

run the track looser too.....i think most guys who run the track looser find much better slider life as well.
Vibration
Check to see if your track tension adjusters are facing in or out, they are slightly offset and can get spun around if you have taken off the rear axle. THe nuts on the backside will make contact with the lugs on the inside of the track and cause a vibration. You can also tell if there are wear marks on the inside side of the inside lugs. This was the case on the 05 skid that I bought from a guy on TY.
I sold the skid but I believe they should be facing the center of the track???
