Tri-Hub question

I'm planning 2 trips to Ontario which will provide just over 3,000 miles of riding in 10 days of riding.

Should I be concerned about about the tri-hub withstanding this level of miles? I was thinking a 4 wheel kit is what I should be doing just for "insurance", but I'm not studded or modded in any way.

Oppinions welcomed!
 

I ran the tri hub for 800 miles and showed no signs of wear or failure. I did though upgrade to the 4 wheel kit for the insurance though.
 
First trip this season, a buddy lost his tri-hub at about 2,500 miles. Screwed everyone over as the sled had to be parked, 2 rode two up back to get the truck and trailer. Get rid of the tri-hub!
The sled was a 2016 viper, but they use the same tri-hub
 
I'd do 4 wheel kit and replace cheap tri hub bearings with good ones before trip...
 
the 4th wheel yamaha cat add kit dosent doo much to achieve the ultimate goal - u have to replace the whole thing with better #*$&@ -
 
Drive! The newer style tri-hub gives little trouble , we have many vipers in my area with twice the mileage your going to do and still original
 
But then again doesn't hurt to have the fourth wheel on for insurance
 
on a long trip - to the frozen ice land - u need 4 - if u loose 1 or 2 even - keep going - take a spare whell and bearings or inners if possible - 2 wheels is A C engineering at its finest - DID U HEAR ARCTIC CAT SOLD - the company. yep. textron bought em
