Why are you adjusting the TPS? If you can not find specs, check voltage on known good sled, if I see you did not have luck, I will check mine at idle, which could be slightly off due to idle adjustment. You should have an RPM & TPS voltage to be more accurate. If it is like autos, three wire sensor, one a ground, one a 5 volt reference line, & usually the center wire the TPS signal, the TPS signal is the only varying voltage on sensor if you operate throttle while checking. Never looked at it but TPS should have adjustment where it mounts to carb, just loosen & turn slightly.
