red warrior dave, wish i could go.... i will not be able to make this trip either....my band is heading to nashville that weekend. there is a slight chance those (nashville)plans will be rescheduled, in which case i will be hauling #*$&@ to the U.P.! .....and sleeping in my van if there are no rooms

I don't know about that. I was up there last weekend and stopped in to have a beer with Donna. The Front Desk told me the whole hotel was pretty much fully booked with TY members for that weekend.

hey peter sorry to hear you got plans to play in nashville.
heck i was hoping you were bringing the whole band up with you to ride - and hey maybe you guys can live-in up the bar playing for all of us..... (it would have to be low budget of coarse - hermonica's & acordians & bongo drums) but heck we'll take anything.
