Ulmer Racing plugs claim 2-3 h.p. ?

When I email Allen and asked about the plugs he said several folks had dyno'd them and the results are solid ! So I thought I'd post about it here and get your thoughts. Are they Iridium plugs or something ? What makes a simple plug change actually produce a 2-3h.p. gain ?
