No studs, last year I hated this track in relation to how the sled pulled in stock form power and clutching, tried Ulmer’s primary clutch kit and lost top end by 5 to 6 km/hr verses the stock setup. The track wouldn’t hook up and really sucked on top end also. This year with the added power and more snow where I’ve been riding the track works very well and performance of sled is incredible.Maybe its the bigger lug track that helps with hook up,are you studded to?
Just FYI my rear suspension is still set how it came from dealer .

Quick question for you Ulmer clutch kit guys.....
Are the weights 60YS? Or are they the 60Y?
Im not sure if Allen sets these up so you are not sure what weights they actually are, but I have the STM 60YS weights, which weigh in at 63g(62.9) and I believe the 60Y are the trail weights, which weigh in at 60g.
The YS are entitled "turbo" weights on Supreme tool site.
Mine say 60YS on side of them, so can you guys just let me know which ones are in Allens kit.
I did not realize the YS profile is darn near identical to stock Winder weights.(see pic 1)
Pics below of mine
thx
Dan

Thanks brother!Dan, mine are YS
Just to clarify, yours came in a Sidewinder Ulmer kit?
Just want to be certain as Im using Allens chart as a loose guide to my initial setup....I am using several different other components, so that is why I say "loose".
thnx
Dan

I'm running 85 grams in my 60ys now with the 35/39. Still overeving and need to add more weight. Now that I seem to have solved my belt issue thanks to Mike I'll concentrate on pulling the revs down. I must say PT CAI tune is a blast on the trail and keeps pulling and pulling.

Thanks everyone much apprec....
Im going to pull my 33/35 w/orange TP spring out of sec.....while this sec setup really helped a ton with bottom snap ect, on my STOCKER.....I want to throw more at it now that I am tuned with a quick spool map.
Will update as I begin to test -
PRIMARY: 60YS STM's/Glide Washers/Dalton Blue(53/133kg)
SECONDARY: Not quite decided on Helix yet/ Dalton Orange(31/52kg)
