Dealer called yamaha said obd code likely a voltage spike I was not the first to have this issue said to check the battery terminals and battery voltage charge if necessary, I rode it to do the charging no further issue. As for the sumping deal they said the nytro sensor allows the engine to run long enough to sump where as the viper system shuts down to soon and needs the aid of blocking off the vent to help it all. They are looking into a solution. My chain case was low when I took off the reverse servo one of the wires from the main harness was between the servo and case pinched to the point the wire was exposed, it was a ground so everything worked but still disturbing. Hope this clarified part of the deal.
