Skydog - if you have not lost any coolant you are safe at the boost level you are currently running. I guess the silicone fragments in your coolant is from when you last had the head off. When cleaning the cylinder surface it easily gets some black crap into the coolant passages (<french word?).

Engine work is done, everything else remains to assemble, should be good to go for the weekend

The 2005 RX-1 finally got some attention beeing the good backup sled she is , she runs nice but there is some serious lack of power LOL.

My friend has smoked all the smokers around here for a few monts now. I don't think they will ever think of challenging me. I have more power, more track, more studs then my friend, and finally I got the clutching spot on.

Work is done. Filled up all the fluids, she fired up right away. I hope she will hold together for 5 more weeks until trails are closing down in early May.
