Van Amburg advice

I think the VE bumper kit is set up for the replacement of the 162" tunnel. It might look goofy if you are only going to 144" or maybe VE would have something different for that type of an application.

Drivers I wouldn't have a recommendation on, depends on what track pitch you go with and gearing you want.

yea I was thinking that after some looking around. I might need to end up going with a 144 boondock tunnel. It's only around 500 bucks more

Latest Update

So as you can see from the attached pic the Van Amburg project for 2011 is progressing right along. I should be ready for powder coating this week once I get all the holes drilled later today.

I will be posting a step-by-step tutorial once the project is complete.

Well the summer project is complete! Took her out for the initial run shortly after this picture was taken and everything works as designed! Life is Good!
