between 3 of us bent half a dozen t arms on sx and srx mine was the worst ruint t arm brackett radious rods steering arm and ski i believe t arms were made light puroposely to avoid damaging tunnel i bent the running board weekend in the shop and 700$ in parts it was straight and running i put 21000 km after the repair

Yeah I guess I don't understand why you would follow the same line - cutting a new one to the left would probably make the hole wider but if there was only a few riders left to go. . . . .
Anyway - too bad for the guy as well as the sled - it certainly looks as though some parts will be in order. . . .as well as about 5 Advil
