I just got to thinking: Nearly all of the things, except the turbo, that we complained about, or asked for, were addressed by Yamaha and put on the '06 line. That says allot about Yamaha in my book, and how wrong I was. I don't ever recall a snowmobile manufacturer listening so intently to the average Joe when it came to designing a sled for the masses. :ORC Nor has any other OEM gone out of their way to let more people ride an intro model before they placed their orders. :yam:

Take for instance Arctic Cat. They wanted to be more competive in Snow-X, or at least it seems that they were listening to Snow-X racers and not John Q. Public. Then there's Polaris, I honestly think they didn't listen to anybody at all (same chassis for almost 7 years) Now they're playing catch-up, with their Fusion and the FST. I don't know a whole lot about Doo except that I suspect they were listening to the Snow-X crowd as well. It boggles my mind how anyone can keep buying those time-bombs?

Kudos! Yamaha :yam: :4STroke: :rocks:

Didn't AC let people ride the M7 last year at demos in the spring?

Maybe so, but what was soo great about an M-7, compared to demo riding a pre-production 4-stroke?

Let's hope yamaha listens and delivers on some of the complaints from the 05's. Just hope they don't forget .
