I put on a set of ProTaper handle bars with a twist/thumb throttle. The throttle is great for long rides, when you start to get a thumb cramp just push the button and it unlocks the twist grip and you have a twist throttle.

I see that fuel caddy is the same as the one i purchased this year.(flo-n-go?).They can hold alot of fuel but its gets pretty old with all that pumping to get the fuel to keep flowing(allright for the quads small tanks but hate to use it on the sleds ).judger101 said:i worked on my new 6x12 enclosed aluminum trailer. my dad purchased it new a few months ago and the wind caught it and flipped it off the road. i purchased it back from the insurance and fixed her up. tonight i put down ski glides and some rubber mats. i also put down some cut up belts on the ramp as traction grips for the track. in the front v-nose inside i purchased a 14 gallon plastic gas caddy that i ratchet strapped down. i ride around small towns here in in ND and most dont have 91, which i have to now run with my new turbo. this should help with a few fills on long weekend rides. also gave the snowmobile a wash and did some polishing (didnt take alot of time, but its good enough for now).

Set the tank up higher than the sled (if you can) Let gravity do the work after a few pumps. That is how the smaller type I had worked a couple years back.

Any pics? This sounds interesting to me. How hard is the install on this thing?

I have figured that out this weekend. i am going to put it up on a few cinder blocks so the fuel line should then be higher than my sled when the sled is on ground level out the side door.

Looked at it on the weekend while I was building my hot tub deck. Once the tub is done the ZX2 goes in. Into the sled, not the hot tub.

I promise myself every year that never again am I going to wait for the last minute to get my sleds back together in a frozen garage with no heat. Promises are made to be broken....
I got my Grizztracks gusset kit welded, my front end and subframe are now at the powder coater to be Yamaha blued. I am also ordering the OFT relocator. My Ulmer Oilites are delivered. My sled is completely apart and I have no idea how to put it back together. Moose season is still going and deer season opens Monday and I won't be able to work on the sled for at least 3 weeks. I promise I won't wait until the last minute ever again!
