what do you suggest yamaha should change on thier sleds on 2011 instead of BNG or any great ideas from all of you that yamaha should really listen to us who bleed blue and satisfy the snow and customers.come on YAMAHA its time to :bling

Lower prices, especially in Canada, we're getting raped.

Better skis, hand warmers, suspension...the same thing we've wanted for some years now.

I think polaris is on to something with the progressive rear suspension on there new Rush. Not saying yamaha needs to copy them, just make some changes "like" that to there skid. The biggest thing yamaha could do in my eyes is get some weight off these sleds. I can still rail my lil f5 through the tight and twisty turns faster than every sled I've ever owned. The Yami in the shed is quickly becoming my favorite sled of all times, second only to my 03 f5 patriot.

More power to compete with cats turbo, even poos turbo can be tweeked to get alot more out of it,even if they could squeeze 10-15 more ponies out of there 4 banger,it would be like getting 200 hp out of some other sleds that claim such hp,but fail to get it to the ground like yammi does..

Apex motored Venture. Power and two up. But then again as a Canadian I don't think I can afford it because of Yamaha Canada's huge price gouge.

Drop some weight, use better skiis, a 100hp Phazer would be very nice.

I second the idea of a 100 hp Phazer. That is a fun sled. Just a little more juice would nice.

1. Apex MTX - Use the same rear suspension as the 162 Nytro.

2. Apex/ MTX- Factory turbo/SC 190-210 HP

3. Apex MTX - Lightweight/single ply, stiffer 2.5 X 162 X 16 track

4. Phazer MTX - 100-120 HP 144/155 X 15 X 2.25 track

5. Phazer MTX - Flatter track approach angle

6. Phazer/MTX - reverse that works

All sleds use Fox Floats/EVOLS all the way around, get rid of the rear torsion set up, factory reverse, gripper seat.Don't get rid of the Apex chassis just lighten it up a little more, I still prefer it to the FX chassis sleds.

Ditto! This is a big reason why I went back to doo.

I was just looking at my XTX bill and I got it for less on the snow then this years MSRP...Glad I jumped ship when I did.

I would like to see Yamaha research and develope a sled with no "jackshaft" going direct from motor to driveshaft like John Deere did years ago and do a suspension set-up simular to what Polaris recently did. This could get rid of some of the weight and create some real performance maybe. What do ya think??? Mike Hayden, 05 Vector ER.

I want some engineering/innovation, something that makes any other companies go wow.

Some examples:

-Hybrid sled
-Bi-track sled that is cool
-Buy the patent on the steering system lowers the sled on the direction your turning and eliminates the need for a sway bar
-Ultra high performance sled (something that requires a wiaver of liability to purchase)
-Mod program where you can build your own sled
-Titanium Tube frame and tunnel
-lightweight thin seat with fox air shock

I guess the good thing about BNG every year is that it saves me money from upgrading, now that I have a 240hp fuel injected animal its going to take something amazing to get me to trade.
