Bought a 2016 Viper LTX running tuners with a 6 inch and the stock 2 inch this season. I will be swapping them out for next season as I have a little shake still around 50 or 60. What are you running and what are your results ?

7" Slydog Powderhounds with their 4" round bars. Turns better than tuners did on trail, and also good off. Don't float like the 8" dogs, but A good compromise for on and off trail riders. Like most aggressive single keel skis, The dogs are a it more darty than tuners, but it isn't uncomfortable. I shimmed them 1/8" at the back and it helped. After running both, I wouldn't go back to Tuners unless all I did was ride groomed trails. For me, the trails are only there to get me to the off trail spots. With the tuners, I ran 6" shapers inside and 4" round outside. It was too much bite on set up trails and too much push in anything loose. Powderhounds work better everywhere IMO. Curves and Mohawks also get good reviews.
Curves get my vote. Will be getting a set next year finally. Past 3 seasons I have been running 6.9 Pilots with 7.5 Shaper bars. No Push, no darting and work great for flotation but harder effort than Curves and getting hard to come by since discontinued. Also done with carbides on outside of ski since Railroad track incident. That outside Carbide can easily hit anything. Would rather just have plastic hit.

Powderhounds here too. Shaper bar 4.5" I think, might be 6". I forget. Yes they are a little darty at lower speeds, but if ran hard they run great! I'll be going to the 7.5 or 9's next season since I got the studs installed late this year.

7 inch powderhounds here also.
Had the C&A 8 inch on it, worked good for off trail... but trail riding was ok, they would follow other tracks too much.

Curves with 4" leading edge and 6" carbides round bar. Will try Berstrom triple points next season.
Sled tracks and corners great. Floats nice in deep snow too.

On our second set of 8 inch Slydog Powderhounds. They work very well for how we use them, mostly off trail.

Slp Mohawks here.
I run them with a 6" round bar. The did dart at first but after I correctly aligned my skis and added Bergstorm ski shims it eliminated 99% of the darting. Love these skis so far absolutely rail on the trails and have
easy-medium steering effort. Since we never had over 12" of powder I can't say how they did off trail but they are a 7" wide ski and every one raves about there off trail abilities else where. Overall this is a ski that does every thing very well.

Simmons skis here (Gen 1). Big improvement in bite on trail, better turning overall off trail as well. Before I tried them, I was doing every adjustment in the book to reduce the pushing in turns. Once I put them on I immediately gave up on the idea of using the 2016 Tuner skis.
