We are looking into getting new tires for our 660 but not sure what we want to get.Wanted to hear some ideas.
We have Titan 589's on our 600 and they are a great tire! not the best for backing up but awesome for going ahead.

I have ITP Mud Lites and really like them so far. Last set was the Kenda Bear Claws and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them.

Kevi at Port set me up with 25" Titan 589's and ITP Aluminum wheels. Didn't want to sacrifice performance with larger tires... Big difference over stock!! Hpefully I don't run into the shaft issues that seen to be a problem with larger tires.

Well I guess it depends on what you are planning to do with your quad...I'm running 26" mudlites...good all around tire...I have seen Grizzleys with 589's, swamp pro's, mudbogs, bearclaws, and mudzilla's..in all sizes...we run some extreme mud holes up here, and i have seen alot of axles break, but it's how you ride.

I have Mudlites on the Grizz and have installed 26x12-12 Bridgestone Mudhooks Xtreme on my Prairie. They are an awesome trail and snow tire. I haven't tried them in the mud as I bought them late in the year. I'll post a pic. They are a little heavy though...around 30lbs a piece for the rears.

Depends on what size you want and what type of riding you do. For general all around use, Dirt Devils, Bear Claws, Mud Lites, Mud Bugs, Gators, Mudhook xxtremes, and Bighorns. This is probably a good list to start with then narrow it down depending on size wanted and terrain. If all you do is mud then there would be another list to choose from.
Personally I am happy with the Mud Lites in 26" but if I were to go to 27" I would get Mud Bugs. If I were to buy 26" again I would probably get the mudhook xxtremes for a try. Then if I went to 25" I would be getting the Mud Bugs.

Since I have a 400 class quad I got the lightest aggressive looking 6 ply radial I know of, The Ducks Unlimited Wetlands by ITP AKA The Carlisle ACT / AKA The Polaris PXT. For wheels I stuck with stock rim width on the front and got Douglas .190s for rear wheels I got the Douglas Rokstars. I wonder how the Outlaw MST (Really an improved Swamp Witch) and the Mudhooks XXtremes compare. The Bighorns were actually my second choice to the wetlands. I hope you aren't as confused and bewildered as ever. So many choices...!
I'll let you know how it all works out. Everything is on order

I'm running 26" ITP 589's on black C-Series for that military look.... I'm pretty interested in the new 25" Mudlites with the deep lug though, and may get a set this spring if things go well.

Bridgestone Mud Xtremes
Bought a new Kawi P700 to add to the stable. Mounted 26x12-12 and 26x9-12. I'll post a few pics if you haven't seen them yet. They are about as heavy as a 589 and work great on trails and in the snow. Haven't tried them out in the mud yet though. Too much snow on the ground.
