ok guys which exhaust donuts do I use. copper or OEM I have read some on here but looking for more input.

Havent heard any bad reviews from copper dougnuts. And the should last way longer than stock. Have em in my Nytro, and will put em in dads apex when there bad. If you dont mind wrenching then buy the oems for a little cost savings.

I have the copper ones in mine. Cant say there better yet as my OEM ones had 5200 miles on them and the copper have about half that. But its kinda a pain getting in there and the copper ones are supposed to last for ever.

I can only see the copper ones cutting if the clamps were loose...if they would cut at all.

im pretty sure Ti is harder then copper but the clamps sure do a number when they are loose i just did a set with oems and ground down the clamp stops alittle seems to make oems last longer.this is the second sled i have done this to and first one has not failed yet but it only has 2500 miles on the repair. only time will tell.

also dont know anyone that has more then 3500 miles on them do you guys?

Thanks guys for the input. Availability of the OEM donuts may make my mind up for me. Copper Ican have in three days OEM dont know when they will come in.

Theres only a couple dollars diff on Copper Vs OEM. Have not heard any Negitive on the copper. Make sure your clamps go on straight to clamp both sides evenly. They only wear through when they vibrate from being loose. Some are grinding a couple MM's off the clamp to get a tighter hold. They only get loose when the dounut wears out! You do NOT want to do this job often! Also when the sled starts back firing, STOP RIDEN! Change dounuts NOW!
