I do and I love it. Did some mods but still need to figure out what to do with the handlebar set up.

I have an 05' with about 800 miles on it. Just added a Hauck exhaust (sounds excellent!) and green slide springs. I like almost everything about it. The power delivery, the comfort, 20 mpg and good perofrmance on most kinds of snow I have encountered here in the Northwest. Going out next weekend for the first time this year. Great sled.

I like it, but it is a little tankish. Heavy and sometimes has a mind of its own. Plenty or torque though. Confortable ride, no storage though. Trying to make a under tunnel exhaust so that I can use the rack for storage without melting it. I added some turn out tips, but still melted my bag and got oil exhaust goop all over it. Needs to loose a few lbs, just like its owner. - YaMon

I have an 05 all stock except the Boss seat. This sled goes through the snow allot like my 2000 MM, it pulls in deeper snow allot like a tractor if you will. It's a comfertable ride on the trail especially with Duelly carbides.
I had, have a lot of hyfax wear I think that is because of the third window closd track. I replaced the track for a fully clipped and extrovert drivers. I hope it helps.
I think it does every thing it is supposed to, very well. It does everything I want it to very well.

I just bought an 07 151, i got 80 miles on it .I like it so far except the bars need to be forward more.its not comfortable to stand up and ride.I ordered a pivot and riser, that should help.

I am six feet tall and I have no problems my 05 bars. My bars are rolled forward as far as they will go and It is good for me. Keep in mind I am a boondocker not much for the extreme hill climbing stuff.
I love mine for boondocking and I would love an apex if it was shorter I do not want a 162. the 151 is more than enough.
I have had to tinker with the clutching more than I should but it just seems to be me?? I geuss I am picky. I have extrovert drivers and just cut the windows out of the track.
Mine is stock other than that. Miner mods this year. I would like to drop 30 lbs and then it would be on to a new skid maybe the ezryde skid looks nice??
enjoy!!

i think my vec is one of the most moded around,i do love it & would never even think of trading it for a apex even a moded one. if you want to do a mod i think they are more fun than the apex but stock the apex is way better.not much left stock on mine .alpine turbo, vanam tunnel, wildchild rider forward & a-arms,mpi light spindel, mmwheels, light hood, light bat, simons cpr stroker kit in motor + rods ,pis.530lbs with coolant & oil 1 gallon of gas.just under 300hp at 16lbs boost

I like mine. It lacks the power to climb in deep snow but does well in firm snow due to the torque. I changed to 14.5mm rollers and a silver secondary with 45' helix and it is MUCH better. It is a good sled in deep snow, trail, and all around fun and sips gas like no other sled. It is just limited in deep powder climbing but WTH do you expect from a heavier 600cc class sled?
