They were aftermarket off ebay however I am not sure of the composition. 3500 miles on one of them and it is still quiet like stock.

Get used one off low mileage machine. Plenty of salvage yards out there. Just got the y-pipe and manifold from Ske's for $150. Came well packaged clean and looked almost new.

Here is my update on the flange repair kit... I put them on last season and they lasted all of 500 miles before the backfiring started again. Upon disassembly, I found that the replacement flanges were very loose (to the point they would slip on and off of the pipes with no effort at all). I think the problem is that steel and titanium expand at different rates and while riding the steel flanges start slipping on the titanium pipes which causes wearing that ultimately leads to big enough leaks to cause backfiring. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend spending the time or money on this product... but that is only my opinion.
