Odd electrical issue, hoping someone has insight.
Diagnosis:
1) Fuel pump has power at the pump when cranking ONLY, and engine runs only while cranking. When key is released into run position, power to fuel pump turns off. Ignition remains on at dash, lights etc.
2) Consistent with (1), I do not get the fuel pump prime when ignition is switch from off to run (as is typical before you start cranking).
3) Fuel pump relay is good (obviously due to (1)), ignition switch is good (checked for signals at ECU). Signal coming out of ECU to fuel pump relay behaves as described in (1), i.e. no power to fuel pump relay in run position, but power applied when cranking.
Is there any sensor that would be causing the ECU to cut power as described? No codes are shown on the dash.

Any chance you swapped the starter relay and this started to happen?
