I like that Viper. I'm in the market for a cross over sled so I might have to look hard at that. I LOVE my Nytro motor just not happy with the subframe issues.

The FX Nytro XTX 1.75 used to be $500 more than the standard FX Nytro... Now the 1.75 is $1700 more than the standard FX Nytro.

Think that's a tough sell? I feel sorry for my dealer; he's going to have to try to flog overpriced and under-performing Nytro MTXs (again) as Yamaha once again didn't do a damn thing for the mountain segment. You couldn't give away a trail sled here so this Viper stuff is pretty much meaningless to a lot of us. It's been entertaining, though.
Anybody know the dry weight of the new Viper? How many pounds did the shave off?

ya no hp numbers, no weight. which is a typical cat thing. they never put out weight numbers.
Other than that it is a bad #*$&@ looking ride. It will be interesting to see but this is all they have done in 6 years? is it to much to ask for the front end of the SR Viper on the Nytro?
I might as well call my 13 Nytro a 14 with BNG!
