So I went to install my new pilot skis yesterday and they wouldn't quite fit.. It seems the mount on the ski is an 1/8 in more narrow then the mount on the sled?? Idk if these are meant to be forced on for a snug fit or something is wrong?

I have a 06 ER and want to powdercoat the front shock springs... i also was thinking of upgrading to the GYTR shocks at some point later on.. Are the springs for both these shocks interchangable??? Nobody has been able to answer this qestion

Yamaha use to have a part number for the original fox floats, has one come for the new fox float 2 on the 2011 apex. I get a good deal from my dealer on yamaha parts as opposed to ordering them from fox.

I Just bought a new Ripsaw track for my girlfriends sled and realized that all the windows were oppened and clipped.. I looked at my stock ripsaw on an 06 apex and every other window was closed... does this mean anything as far as performance??? why the difference on the same track??

Has anyone tried to fabricate your own mod airbox. the one fix powersports puts out just takes the top part of the airbox, cuts two triangles in it and puts a metal screen than a fabric over it. Im thinking about doing this myself Any advice? :yam:

Does anyone know a good way to get more heat out of those grips withouth having to buy 07 handlebars. My local yamaha dealer said to buy Hotgrips and fil the handlebars with sprayfoam insulating. Any other ideas?
