Easy It's real easy to adjust .. It's right next to the handlebar riser ... 2 wrenches needed. Pull down the rubber boot , loosen the jamb nut ... Turn the adjuster to put a slight bit of slack in the cable then re tighten the jamb nut .

Eaiser I installed the "dual 4" le's" and have a couple hundred miles on them .. I feel they made my steering lighter . Don't ask me how ??? They did not eliminate darting but it's 90% gone . I know what you mean about making the rear end loose ... I prefer that to push so it suits how I ride...

My dealer called me today and advised me not to set the parking brake for trailering ..... Even though he did when I picked up my sled . He has heard of lines bursting and fluid leaks in this system. If I remember correctly my other yamahas had a separate cable operated parking brake .

The dry weights were listed about 2 wks ago , then I looked again and they were gone,but I do remember calculating the weight to be 98 lbs less than my rage when they were on there. dave

I think I found the serial # post for my rage ,looks like 003329 to 004263 need the jackshaft .Mine does not fall into that group . You are right Y1 i need to get in the dealers face about the cdi and the clutch rattle. Thanks Dave
