i replace mine almost every 1000 miles i have 168 studs in the center of the track, and the extra stress must blow them apart. on the second set of the "new" 2010 wheels. they are just as bad as the originals. I'm going to be switching to the new Excell wheels on the next set

my 1.375's have hit too. nothing to bad, but would not go longer

my apex has 168, 1.375" studs. I used to run 144, but went with the fully clipped ripsaw with extroverts, and more studs. I never could hook with the 144, but comes out of the gate like an animal now. my sled is also a RTX, so it has the lower gearing from factory. Yamcharger anyone?

so my buddy picks up a Nytro, and after finally convincing him that just because it's a 1050, over my 1000 apex, that it's not faster, he orders a full excell exhaust, clutch kit and power commander. now I'm starting to wonder if my apex with the Ulmer stage 2 clutch is going to anhilate him...

glad to see that everyone seems to have the same reaction to the re-valve! aceltx09 - I run 65lbs in my floats. did not send the floats in to get rebuilt. figure, not ruining a good thing. haha. they work excelent for what i like

ouch! I got 4000 miles on mine and have been wonding about the shaft. I just changed out my track and new extrovert drivers, the only thing i can tell you is paitence, and..... you gotta take off the entire chain case. happy wrenching

Results are as follows: 2 feet of snow, zero visibility, no races. But the good thing is we got snow! The boys from Excell Motorsports were the Yamaha dealer this year, and we were really looking forward to seeing what they can do. Top notch guys at Excell.

Thanks guys for all the replies. I took it apart again yesterday with the parts drawing, and found that I had both of the washers on the two smaller gears on the back of them, and not one on each side... my goof, but glad I found it before blowing a chain! wow... Thanks again, and THINK SNOW!

The lever does move right to where it needs to be, and the reverse indicator does sound. The sled does go into reverse, but randomly "slipped out". I will check the measurements in the am to see where it stands..... This just blows my mind! I can't figure it out!

I just installed a new ripsaw track with extrovert drivers. Everything went back together fairly easy, but I'm having an issue with my reverse. Yesterday when i finished it up, it kept "poping" out of reverse (you would hear gears spin, and no movement!) not a good sound! I took everything back...
