    Rear Torsion Spring Adjuster Blocks

Definitely take the skid apart, clean and grease everything up and you will notice a big difference. I also put the Hygear Torsion Spacers in, now running the blocks on soft setting. Does anyone make the oillite bushings for the rear skid? It looks like all the stock bushings were plastic.

I am running the Hygear Torsion Spacers with the revalved/rebuilt rear shock and at "S" or soft setting on block. I have the...

Phazer has about 3 inches of clearance

You may have already checked this, but did you pump them up with the skiis off the ground? Maybe you arent getting a true reading if you took the pressure with the skiis on the ground. Just a thought.

    rear suspension assembly

Mine does exactly the same thing. 3 inches of sag without anyone on sled. Then you push it down with very minimal effort and it goes down about another inch or two and will not rebound unless you pull it back up. I just installed Hygear Torsion Spacers and that didn't seem to help. All of the...

    Chaincase oil Quantity and Type?

Will be changing the chaincase oil soon and I can't seem to find in the manual or through a search on here how much oil it takes. I was going to use AMSOIL ATF, any other ideas? I know it says gear oil, however I have used ATF in other sleds with no problems. This is my first post and I have...
