Sleds coming along nice Jake. I told you that the seat would make a huge differance and you would need to raise the bars to really appreciate it. Ride like a different machine with just those 2 change, let alone all the other stuff you've done so far.
I've started with a few changes to the Nytro and haven't even been on real ride with it yet, just some test and tune rides.

I'm on vacation this week and I have all the parts not going to do anything till Wed. Tues is my sons B-Day (5yrs) so daddy is going to spend the day with him at home. I hope to have it all done going to put the skid in clean the carbs and change the oil. We have no snow here 2" of rain and 45* here killed the snow here Saturday.
When I do I'm going to do a complete write up on it step by step so if others might have any questions they can get a general idea of how to do it as well as posting all the measurements from my SC3.

I need to start off by giving staggs65 (Jeff) from the 2stroke side a BIG THANKS
Due to dishonest people at the other place I was working on my sled I needed to find another place.
So here goes
While I was out running around getting parts Jeff pulled the old skid out.
Where working under the sled is a 1 man job I let Jeff work there and I put the SC3 with rail extensions back together.
He started by removing the stock front mount out and a few rivets that were in the way.
Then installed the aluminum plates and relocated the factory mounts.
The SC3 with CB Performance extensions
Well here is one of the reasons I didn't get finished today.
Slides are about 3 inch's to short.
Knowing I couldn't get different sliders today we started on the rear drop brackets.
We did a test fit to see if there is anything we might need to adjust......ALL WENT WELL
I'm crossing my fingers and hoping to get this done tomorrow.
Need to get sliders for a 144 and cut them down and a oil change I should be set for this season.

I swapped out the sliders with the dealer today there was the perfect length.
Slide are installed and skid is ready to go in.
Skid in and loaded on the trailer ready to ride
To bad I couldn't ride it but I got called into work to go plowing only a couple of inches but need to keep public roads open. Now to get ready for THE BIG ONE right now early estimates is 1-3 FEET.
I want to give thanks to everyone that helped in this build.

Wow, looks good. So that is a 121" SC3 with tipped up extensions to make it 136"? It will be cool to hear how it handles. G.B.

Yes that is correct it is a SC3 with the tip up extensions to make it a 136 again.
The only difference from Rocks skid to mine it that I had to move the front mount 1 1/4" forward. If you look at the pic where I put the skid back together you will see I have tabs on mine and Rocks is a shaft mount

Looks Good. Nice work. If it were me, and this is JMO, with any or all of these tipped up rail extensions. I would consider putting wheels at the tip up to prvent premature slider wear as this point will most likely see the most friction. The xtx has a wheel in this location and the minimal wheels Yamaha wishes to install I'm sure they are strategic. What are your thoughts on this?

Yes I have thought of that going to get 2 more wheels that bold right on the the rails. It looks like right were the bolt on the bottom part where the extension bolts to the rail is in the perfect spot to mount them.

Looking great Dude!
I haven't needed the wheels at the tip-up point.
Kinda thought the same thing that I would need them, but the slides haven't worn much there yet.
Can't wait to ride!!!
