Went riding yesterday, sled started fine in the moring, it was -10*f, I let the sled run for a good 20 minutes to get warm then pulled it on the trailer. drove for a hour and a half or so. went to unload the sled, would not start, it would crank but would not start, could not hear the fuel pump running. So a guy I was riding with had a trailer with a heater, put the sled in there for 45 minutes and the sled started and ran fine all day. I asume the fuel or fuel pump froze, anyone ever have this happen?

sounds like the fuel pump relay contacts where frozen, common problem if you do a search you will get a load of info.

one of the relays by your left foot is the fuel relay and was common issue on the 06' apex. lucky so far i havent had that issue but was told to wrap my hands around it to warm it in a pinch.

Ya, thats what I thought, so I did wrap my hands around the relays, But I didnt know which relay controls the fuel pump, I could feel one of the relays clicking. Thanks for replying guys. Just felt like an #*$&@, first time I ever rode with this group of guys and my sled wont start

I have been having problems with my 06 gt. when its cold i dont start it as often as i should cause i am riding my XTX mostly, I can hear the fuel pump going and all it does is crank no sputtering sounds like it isnt getting gas?? so i am assuming either the plugs are junk or frozen lines cause it seems to start on the warm days
