u can understand yami not being willing to help, think of the bad taste they must have in there mouths over how many people stood up to sue them about the rhinos. which i think is bull shyt!!!
look at three wheelers, i love em still have one 85 350x but they had to quit building em cuz stoopid people hurt them selves
what im trying to say is they r trying to build up there cash flo again befor u see yami willing to fully stand behind anything without a fight..
it sucks but u r going to have to be percistant everyday call but be polite
dont never cuss at anyone ever! and ask if who ever your talking to if they will be WILLING TO PUT THAT IN WRITING....if they give you sum bs about whatever good luck

I think that thing has been in more then one crash. Why would you total a sled then duck tape the seat? Not like that will make it more rid able!
This is also my first Yamaha and I really do like the sled but I would have to agree with the earlier statements that they DO NOT STAND behind what they build! It is like pulling teeth with them to even care about you as a customer.
