I was thinking of this ride but our annual ride is that week! Maybe next year!

I ran up to Wake field on the 15th 2 yrs ago and turned around and came home.

I unloaded hopped onto the trail burried it to the seat. I was alone, walked to town and paid a guy with a truck and plow to retrieve it. Thats why my backup now has 153" 2 paddle track with a bender turbo and tow strap.

This is not the first time I wished for a shovel. Here is my RTX in about 15' of snow no truck around this time.

It was like the little engine that almost could..................... I wanted to hit that curl you see in the background it was up about 40' and had a 6 to 10 overhang :exc:

Oh Yeah! I would have went for the curl as well.

I'll just have to wait until Feb to see if can go, too far out for my hectic schedule.

I was just out on the Chisholm area trails today, put 160 miles on, and I haven't seen the trails this good in a long LONG time. Great base, no rock or stumps poking up, no dirt corners, just awesome.

Sorry, Been in West Yellowstone for the past week.

Dates, and hotel info edited and included back in the original post.

Times will be decided when we know who is going to be there and when. As a general rule however, we would meet outside the hotel at 9:00am, on Saturday and hopefully leave by 9:30. If there is sufficient interest, I would take a vacation day on Friday and guide anyone interested. Last year, I met up Friday afternoon with a couple of members and we rode for a while. If there is sufficient interest, I would be willing to guide Sunday as well. Last year, we were busy putting Mr. Sleds suburban back together so he could get on the road and get home, so there was no riding on Sunday.

Feel free to give me a call @ 218-969-5893 if you have specific questions. I recently started a new job, and I am not ably to check TY as often as I used to, so if you don't hear from me, give me a call.

I was just in Ely this weekend, and if the trails and off trail are as good as they were this weekend, this ride is going to be awesome! I planning on being there with 2 other guys from the site, we'll be staying at my mother-in-laws cabin again. So far the plan is to be there around noon on Friday.

My dad and I will problably be there on thursday and be leaving on sunday morning.

if no other members will be there thursday, me and him will go out riding, and we'll meet up with Nick and Andy's group on friday if they want.

So has the ride wittled down to just Saturday? That's OK, I was just wondering. I won't take Friday off work then!

But based on this post I'm going to plan on driving up there from Hermantown Saturday morning and being there by 9 or so. I'm very excited for this ride!

Shall we call a roll call? It just 3 weeks out!

I'm planning on Friday afternoon and allday Saturday for sure. I'm on Midnight shift at work and plan on taking 2 nights off.

As long as there is the interest I'll take Friday off and ride/guide. I know Sleddineinar will be up around noon on Friday and I think he may have a few people with him. Is Niko coming this year?

Super, if you want to take Friday off, go ahead and we'll ride the morning and meet up with Sleddineinar when he shows up. I know right where his cabin is and it is close to the trail.
