If that is the new entry level sled, I just hope they have 2 variations; one with and one without a turbo. That would make sense, you would have a 120srx (yamacat), 80hp (yamacat), 110hp (yamacat), 135hp (true and blue), and a 160-180hp(true and blue) sled. That would cover all your bases and while still providing true yamaha's to their flagship models and cutting costs for cheaper entry sleds.

If you take a look at Yamaha Snowmobile's facebook page, both of the photoshopped images are still up in the "recent posts by others" section.
Yes, the photos are blatant photoshop jobs. Zooming in, you can see all of the artifacts left from modification.

Well the only leak we have had is the YamaCat so it sort of makes you wonder if that isn't the real deal. I know about half the board thinks it is the real deal and the other half thinks it is a complete fake. If it is a fake the real one has to be out there somewhere, but you know it still has not showed up.
If its a cat it will b like when the Cold War ended. Good things might come from it but it would take years to have it feel normal
What in the world is going on in the Iron Dog? There is a piece of sh!t, belt eating, chassis twisting, unreliable, Cat team in 3rd place. WTF? Those pro cross sleds are total garbage and don't hold a candle to a Yamaha. There is even another Cat team in 13th place on an 1100. The results must be photoshopped.
Anyone else notice how both the riders scope and the blown motor Facebook pages took down their comments the Yamaha pro cross photos were fake? Why would they do that if the pics were fake? The riders scope said they were asked to take the pic down. Yeah, my butt. They looked foolish for posting up the wrong info.

We just have to think more like Mazda and Ford working together or GM and Toyota. It is a new world out there. Snowmobile sales are down and BRP and Polaris dominate what little market that remains. Cat and Yamaha really might have to start working together to compete against the Big 2 in a shrinking market. That doesn't mean every sled will be re-badged or every piece of tech will be shared, that just means that they will work together when it makes sense.
I bet their will still be Yamaha produced snowmobiles to go along with the YamaCat.
