No experience with your tune however me have many running your set up with no knock. The race gas is the smartest way to eliminate fuel quality being the issue! I have seen some guys get false knock from clutch noise, could be something silly like that. The tuner that developed your tune is one of the best today so would take what he suggests as good info.I do. Seeing 16.5 on stock BOV and 17.5 on TS BOV.
**are you running the stock map sensor?**

I am running his 3 bar sensor. I have heard the clutch can trigger false knock. I will know more when I get the wideband hooked up. Ordered a drone insert for the HB so we will see if that makes a difference as well.

I spoke will the guys at TD and it doesn’t sound like they changed the tunes for the 3” vs 2.5”. Maybe they updated all the tunes so they are safe with the HB. That’s the info I’m trying to get.No experience with your tune however me have many running your set up with no knock. The race gas is the smartest way to eliminate fuel quality being the issue! Meet the Outlaw 1.0, 3.5inch! Makes more power then the HyperFlow and is quieter then all 3inch mufflers mentioned in this thread. It's unique design allows for maximum flow at a nice mellow sound. These are a limited production, not many left!

What's the damage ($$$) for the Outlaw, and what gains are you seeing from the Outlaw vs Heartbreaker & Hyperflow?

Weird, should not be having any issues - as a test - put your stock airbox back on and see what happens. I haven't had any knock at all with that combo even on MaxSpool17 and 91 octane. Not yet. I will splash some C16 in there to try and troubleshoot a bad sensor. My buddies have the same tune but not the Heartbreaker exhaust. Just the normal 3” Sandale exhaust. That’s the only difference.
You will love itAnd I just bought the Hyperflow

Our HyperFlow is the number one seller, has been for years! The Outlaw 1.0 uses 2 vortex perforated cones in which absorbs the acoustics of the exhaust giving it a pleasant sound. It does have a mean rumble to it at idle as any performance muffler will however at cruising and wot it is very tame. I will post a graph when I get caught up, sorry for delay in responding just swamped right now!
