sounds like we should all replace these screws when installing new sliders!!!!!!!...
I also like the idea of drilling a hole like the DOOS have....and using a BOLT & NUT to hold slider on.

Same thing happened to me. I now replace screws every time with hyfax & dab of loctite. I think i weakened it first time. 80 cent screw can ruin a ride so replace 'em each time...
