Trying to decide on an Apex.

Ok, I will look at it this weekend when back up there for probably my last ride since they saying huge warm up coming next week to put the final nail in the coffin. The owners guide showed pulling the sled half apart.

So when I went up this weekend I noticed the sled was idling at 2500 rpm and then shut off and restarted and now at 1500. I have not tried to do any adjusting as of yet however I checked throttle cable slack and it was sufficient. Any ideas on erratic idle? TPS? Does it have a Idle Air Control (IAC) motor? Thought I would ask before I go fishing around, BTW no fault codes in the display. I will say I now have 350 miles of seat time and really love the sled. Rode one of my RXs and it felt like steeping back in time to my 03 Viper days with suspension and seating position etc.
