I've been running Ulmers intake and a Hindle can for 4 years now on my Viper and havent had any trouble. I will be changing plugs this year and taking a good look at them. I can report back if anyone is interested.

How did you like Ulmers intake kit? The kit alone gain ?? Thanks Rich.

It definitely woke the sled up some. The stock intake is so buried in there underneath a hot radiator that I think any intake that opens things up and gets some cool air in there helps matters. I was actually thinking of buying some silicone tubing and extending it out to the body panel. But when the Sidewinder came out I decided to start saving my money for it and not put a lot more into the old Viper.

You can get them on eBay for a 1/4 of the price. But the Excell air box mod or Ulmers works much better.

Ok, I finally got up north to work on my sled and here are my plugs. PTO is on left, this is after 4 years and 5800 miles with a Hindle and Ulmer intake.

I got some and did it to my air box and those alone you won’t tell the difference, call Ulmar and get 3 Velocity Stacks and then you will tell the difference
