Am I expecting too much

Just got back from the UP yesterday. Did about 360 miles in 3 days. Trails were pretty much bad. All three day I just got pounded coming home on the Bill Nichols trail by 4-8 in studder bumps. Shocks were just done, all skid maintenance too. I tried adjusting all over the place for this and nothing worked. The only thing I didn't do was adjust the spring. I realize my sled is heavy and is a shorty. Am I expecting too much to me able to ride these type of trails without getting hammered? I need some honest opinions please. I'm 6'5" and about 260 w/o gear. I have a bigger spring on my rear shock and just had Ian at monster performance and it is really good over small sections of bumps. It just beats the crap out of me on the above mentioned studders.

You have a dual rate spring set up on the back???

I'm 6'2" 220lbs, so kinda close in size, My phazer rocked the bumps, was one of the best parts about it..

I'm not sure what sled were compairing to. Phazers to which of your 3 were you riding? Apex, Viper or Sx?

Sorry guys. I was riding my Apex.
I've only riden an Apex on a demo ride. I honestly have no feedback for ya other than that's a pretty cushy machine to be that uncomfortable for you. Has to be something amiss IMHO.
