Was out riding the other day and looked at my chaincase level. I was really low so when i got back I ripped all the plastic off and filled the oil up again just thinkingit was a little low. Went for a couple day ride and the fluid level was good. Was out yesterday and noticed that the level is really low to the point of not having any in the chaincase again. I have looked everywhere for a leak and dont see any and never any oil on the ground either???? I guess I will be calling the dealer tommorow unless their is any ideas that you guys have???

X2 weird coolant too.

If you check it too soon after riding it will appear low or empty. Check after it sits for a few. If its not leaking any where the stuff doesnt just disappear.. lol

What about in the engine oil.
This has bothered me since the debut of the procross sleds. What if something in the chain case wore or cracked the wall into the oil tank.

Check your chain case vent line it might be coming out there or if it is pinched off it will force it by the chain case bearing seals.

Do you have the yamaha skid plate ??
My chaincase oil pooled into the skid plate......no holes in the plate so that's why I didn't see any leakage.
I've since had a couple small holes drilled so if there's any future leakage I'll see it right away.

No skid plate but I will check the vent lines. Thanks for the knowledgeable reply.
