I'm not sure where exactly I have a leak but I am suspecting the mag seal that you add to drive the pulley. Has anyone had one leak there? Its spraying oil in there so its something rotating and the only this is the SC drive system. On hot days it will also drip out about 4-5 drips. Anyone used the oil dye that reacts to a UV light? That would be handy before I do a bunch of dis assembly.
Thanks!

I had that seal leak, if you can see a circular spray pattern behind the lower pulley the mag cover seal is probably the culprit. I would just clean it once before riding it to find the leak. Dyes can still be a PIA, but that sub shaft seal is a common part number/size that you could probably order at any local auto parts store our bearing supplier. I might have a few if you haven't found one by now.

Hi Nate007 i do not have that seal yet. I actually don't have a clue what I am looking for in terms of part number or brand. Any help would be good. I think I will replace it. I have been watching it for 2 years get worse and worse and there is no other leaks other then this spray all over.

It sucks that the MPI kits make you put the seal and housing inside the stator too.. On mine they're pretty much exactly the same, but go on the outside, have a slightly longer shaft, and the pulley is offset to cover it. Im way behind on getting up into the sled shop to build kits this fall, so I apologize I haven't actually looked yet. I know I have the housings machined, but I can easily pull a lie pulley off one of my sleds and get a number if I don't have a spare seal.
My number is (319)930-1931. I'm on the road at the moment, but should be back at the shop within the hour. I can go upstairs and look.
