I just bought a set 6" 60 degree 1/2" bar carbides for my attak.I am wondering if you guys think it is too much for a somewhat agressive rider with no studs and no other mods yet? thanks

Are you talking Woody Duolley"s with two carbides on each skag? The 6" Duolley"s is what I am running. Seem to work well on my sled with no studs. I am going to wait to stud next season. Too late now. I ran Woodies for a few years on Polaris's and seem to eliminate some of the dog tracking. First time in many years I have no studded my sleds, but wanted to try the paddle track without studs first. The track seems to work well in the snow but don"t like the feel in the icy corners.

They seem to hold up pretty good on my '04. I'm running shimmed stock skis and a 136" ripsaw w/162 picks. Absolutely NO darting. That is, until I noticed the extreme camber of my left ski (broken bulkhead)
