K, I have a question, how do you guys run those speeds on glare ice without burning the hyfax off? I ran 116 gps on my 07 RTX but it was in the spring when the ice surface was soft (wet)

They don't get that's hot I don't think we are running from snow to ice back on to snow and I have 4 extra sets of wheels in the skid so it shouldn't really hurt them

Ya stock I ran 110 two years ago I think should be able to get alittle faster with a 24 top gear in it and a taller windshield for alittle more wind protection

What lake is that on Charlie? Looks like Rice or Scugog to me?

Charlie, are you running the new Dupont hyfax or just the regular ones? It would be interesting to compare the two to see if there is any top end gain with the Dupont ones. Supposed to be less friction, apparently

Very impressive speed out of a stock machine. I am sure there has been many years of experience getting a stock sled to run these number. People think they need more power to go fast (and that works), but with the proper knowledge and tuning, blueprinting there is a lot more left in stock sleds.
The problem is getting people to share that info. Not saying kuvasz won't but if he doesn't I understand why.
