Have a problem with my apex turbo 350+ with water meth injection. The problem is it only burps on higher rpm. In lower rpm it run ok, but yu can here somthing is not right. When increasing the trottle to max, it will not run good. :o| It start and idle normal. Afr is 12- 12,5 when riding the trail on half trottle. All lines/ tubes are ok, drained gas tank and fill up new gas. New plugs also.. So now i have no ideas, what is wrong..?

Sounds like you might be running out of fuel at that much hp? Are you still running the stock fuel pump, etc? What are your afr's at WOT when it starts to have issues?

If it is misfiring at full throttle, then the AFR reading will misleadingly jump around and show lean because of the unburned air being passed thru the cylinder and into the exhaust. So that doesn't automatically mean it's too lean... reason why you can't determine if you just wack the throttle WFO. Instead you'll have to sneak up on the burble by increasing the throttle position and watch the AFR to see if it's drifting lean or rich as you get closer...
I get a burble at 12 psi if my WOT AFR is richer then 11:1

What spark plugs are you running and what is the gap?

Hi, solved the problem. Purring like a lion....juhu. It was the rubber housing on engine intake under the fuelrail. Its a 2007 mod and do not have carbs...It jumps of on high boost and wot. Im running 22 psi, afr 12-12;9 and yes i have all the good stuff for running at that hp. So the rubber cant take the boost, that is a problem, It will only come back again i think. Anyone have a solid resolve for that?? Can not drive in and out of garage after some runs...
Thanks for reply:)

I've built his motor and installed the meth-injection kit.
Buddy, you have too much Power now LOL.
Great to know Your sled runs like it's supposed to.
He has a hi capacity fuel pump installed so fuel is not the issue, blowing parts off the motor is :)
