You can drain the turbo oil back to behind the primary clutch as well. I have done it on a few units.

I ordered it from amazon, they will show differnt sizes though. The first one I ordered was too small so measure your plug. The plug needs to be drilled and tapped for a -8 oring boss port and the inside lip of the plug needs to be machined concaved to give a bit of distance between the flywheel bolt and the plug so it wont create a restriction to the return oil flowIf you don't mind me asking , where did you find the plugthat

Does this require a external pump and a resivoire under a rear mount turbo setup to work? You can drain the turbo oil back to behind the primary clutch as well. I have done it on a few units.

On a rear mount, yes it would require a return pump and a small resevoir is never a bad idea.Does this require a external pump and a resivoire under a rear mount turbo setup to work?

I don't think it would work on the Apex models, due to the turbo being mounted lower in the chassis. It works on FX Nytro models, but the turbo mounts higher which provides a down hill run for the oil to come back to the engine.
