First off, it was great to see some TY faces, old and new at Hay Days!
For a few of those that tried to get a hold of me, my phone was being a major whore at Hay Days, screwing with me, taking it all in and not giving me the satisfaction i needed..... lol. It died at about 3:30 just after I texted someone.
Sunday, 9/13/15 Summit Super Series IHRA drag racing.
This day started with Shagman, SnoNinja and NOS-PRO jr. very tired from the lack of sleep from getting to the track very late after their special event Friday night that took till after 1am Saturday before we could get into the pits to setup the motorhome before going to Hay Days because the police had all the roads blocked for traffic coming from the track. After we got into the pits and finally in the motorhome, it felt like 20 minutes of sleep when we woke up at 3am to start driving to Hay Days. Got to Hay Days, spent all day there Saturday and drove all the way back Saturday night arriving at 1am Sunday to race on Sunday. We were like zombies.....
Got up early to install the launch control switch on my left handle bar. This switch allows the throttle to be at 100% and a selected rpm from the PCV before the clutching is engaged while I am staged at the line. This is an awesome feature but you still need to realize when to stab the throttle and when to let go of the button. I had some very good lights and some not so good lights.
Went 5 rounds in Hot Rod (Which I never ever do good in Hot Rod) and went out 1st round in Import Eliminator. The class I need to do good in to stay in 1st place in points I redlighted the very 1st round....$#%@
Will post times soon, was a long weekend of racing and got home late again last night. WIth the flags straight out headwind again, the Viper ran really consistant with a best ET of the day which was an 11.23 and a ton of runs between 11.24, 11.25 and 11.26

Today, 9/27/15
Sunny, humid and warm with a flags straight headwind.... Traction totally sucked for me.
After getting the viper flashed from all the tuning at EVO, I changed my weights figuring I was going to need more weight....so I did. Problem is....when I put on Fasteddie's PCV with ignition module and revving to 9,520......I took out weight at Union Grove. When I put weight in, I put the weight in the wrong hole on my weights. This caused lots of issues today, spinning, hitting the rev limiter take off and mid track and way too low rpms on top end (9,230 at top rpm)
So, with this flash....this sled was a monster on bottom end....but the more power, the more it spun.
1st time run - lane 1, spun like a mother
Reaction -.0044 - 1.5781 60 ft. - 7.0940 1/8 @ 93.12mph - 11.5061 1/4 @ 107.54mph
2nd time run - lane 1, spun again
Reaction .1021 - 1.5023 60 ft. - 6.9370 1/8 @ 93.68mph - 11.3520 1/4 @ 107.77mph
3rd time run - lane 2, spun again
Reaction .0575 - 1.5246 60 ft. - 7.0526 1/8 @ 89.91mph - 11.4788 1/4 @ 102.97mph
4th time run - lane 1, spun again
Reaction .0768 - 1.4705 60 ft. - 6.9488 1/8 @ 93.51mph - 11. 3459 1/4 @ 108.04mph
1st round, sun went away but still warm. Lane 1 dial-in 11.34
Reaction .0665 - 1.4807 60 ft. - 6.9498 1/8 @ 93.89mph - 11.3488 1/4 @ 108.03mph
Won 1st round, right on my dial
2nd round, lane 1 dial-in 11.33
Reaction -.0015 - 1.5138 60 ft. - 6.9496 1/8 @ 93.68mph - 11.360 1/4 @ 107.77mph
Redlighted....$%#@! Lost 2nd round
Great news is that the 2nd place guy went out 1st round. Talked with the person that does the points and she updated me on the points situation. ..... I wouldn't even need to show up the last race.....but I will
