Well after the other issue (BLOWN MOTOR) I am getting my sled back with the turbo upgraded to 10#'s of boost should be running 230 to 240 HP. When it did blow up, that morning I lost reverse prior to it going down. (what a day)

I got it back a week and a half ago and did 300 miles of break in with it set at 6#'s of boost because the upgraded fuel pump did not work. But still no reverse. I rode those miles having to remember that I could not back up. The Dealer knew about it but forgot to put it on the work order so it was not fixed during the 4 wks it was there.

I pulled it and found it would click in my hand but the gear did not move. They wanted me to bring it back but its 2-1/2 hours away so I talked them into getting one. I took the sled back on Saturday They got the new pump in and did find the actuator to be bad so it was a warranty repair this time.

They are working on re clutching cause it bangs off the rev limiter but should be done tomorrow. I will let you all know what a 550 lb machine with 240 hp feels like and shoot some video running against my Pro r 800 should just burry the polaris (it already has at 6#'s)

Better yet we can race...6 pounds vs. 10 pounds. We can video it from two different views! Then people can see how it turns out!

I will bring the telephoto lens so we can see the crocadile tears filling up your goggles - you may want to drill some (weep) holes :moon:

My advanced driving skills may require me to run at 4#'s to make it close :drink:

Well my friend, we can have a few drag races at 1000ft. Then we can race through a safe section of trails and see what the outcome is then :moon:

MR. Wheelie man... :drink:

There is a service update on the Reverse Actuator.... contact your dealer.

It doesn't help if they don't have the update kit. My dealer had to use the Arctic Cat kit because, at the time, the Yamaha ones were on backorder.. luckily they sell both Cat and Yamaha.

I had a 280hp MPI Supercharged Nytro cut down to 600lbs wet with 162 track and timbersled suspension front and rear. Problem was going slow.....like launching a missle into your enclosed trailer. Or trying to go around trees. Was stupid fun on the straight and level though pull the skis at 70mph. If I ever do go boosted I am not going above 6lbs boost to make it rideable in the high country and trees.

I am with ya stingray! When I got it back after the motor blew up the new pistons and waste gate added 20 hp at least over the stock setup at 6#'s. It was crazy fast at 40 snap the go juice and it would stand on end. I just got the call that it was done with the upgrade and switch and the builder said it is almost too much to handle at 9 and 11 #'s I said WHAT! you were to set it at 6 and 9. So now not getting it back till Friday.

Only place I could hold it open for long was huge open powder fields..........don't get yourself hurt doing warp drive!

I won't when I talked to Hauck yesterday and he said he set it for 9#'s low boost and 11#'s high I said no way turn it back to 6 and 9.
