Black eye to our sport! AGAIN!! ALL READ!! ALL HELP!!

The sad part about this is how "Joe Snowmobiler" takes all the heat because they happened to use snowmobiles in committing these crimes. Same thing happens if a house is broken into and they used a snowmobile. You don't see the papers reporting that a "car driver" just held up the local bank just because he used a car to get there and then gets away in it. Or because someone uses a gun in a holdup, it doesn't say "Gun Owner Robs Bank", it says "Thieves Rob Bank" The media needs to look at how they report things. Instead of " Snowmobilers kill 5 deer" the headline should read "Poachers kill 5 deer" How you compose the sentence can tend to formulate opinions in peoples minds. Sometimes it seems like the media is out to show snowmobling in a bad light.

These guys will not get off easy. I was Navy recruiter in Wi for awhile and we used this site to do some initial screening http://wcca.wicourts.gov/simpleCaseSearch.xsl;jsessionid=CA2493978CE3680F3611BFF1DF577B1C.render4? Go here and put in their names and uncheck the 2 boxes then click search. It will pull up there criminal record. You will also see a new case in Wapaca County. Here is the new case against one of them.
1 951.02 Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death Felony I
2 951.02 Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death Felony I
3 951.02 Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death Felony I
4 951.02 Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death Felony I
5 951.02 Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death Felony I
Also looking at their past records they may get some good jail time for this one. We will have to watch the wi circuit court access site to find out because the media will probably forget to let us know what they got.

Considering the outrage it created I highly doubt that the Medea will forget to let the public know what they are going to get.

My god I hope they get the book and then some. I'm not a PETA guy but that sends shivers up my spine, I cannot believe how disgusted I am right now with them.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the reward looks like it paid off!

Lets hope the justice system works

i doubt they will get caught, can't see that being a lot of fun.surprised the deer didn't jump over them scared or not?

These guys will go before a liberal judge like the damn sexual deviates do and get minimal sentance for what they did believe me the courts are full of liberal judges just ask anyone in law enforcement frustrating to all the law abiding folks in this country.

You might want to read they were cought

A Weyauwega man is free on a $15,000 signature bond, after being charged with five counts of animal mistreatment.

Nicholas Hermes appeared in Waupaca County Court Thursday after being arrested in connection to the slaughter of deer near a snowmobile trail last weekend.

As part of his bond, Hermes is not allowed to use a snowmobile.

If convicted, Hermes faces up to three years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

Two other men, Robby and Rory Kuenzi were also arrested in connection to the incident.

They are expected to make appearances Friday in Waupaca County Court.

Five deer were found dead Saturday on a snowmobile trail near rural Waupaca.

They apparently had been run over in what authorities called a "thrill killing" by snowmobilers.

Several local snowmobile clubs and Crime Stoppers offered up to $10,000 in reward money for information on the arrest and conviction of those involved.

Here are their faces for all to see. This is what a "DILWEED" looks like. Shame on them. Innocent until proven guilty, but they do look like 'walking mugshots', don't they??? Why would people be so brutal?? Maggots. Wig

Although the guy in the top picture has not got his orange jump suit yet, hopefully all three of them will have the same wardrobe for quite a while!

Heard on the radio this morning, that one of them (can't remember which one) is tied to killing a pedsestrian with his car. So this should be interseting to see how this turns out for him.
