Boss Noss setup in Phazer

Hello all i picked up a used boss noss nitrous setup. I was looking at how i should mount the nitrous nozzles. Due to the shape of the phazer air box i figured i would try mounting the nozzles in the air horns. The nozzles i have are the straight thru design so i need to get a set of 90 deg ones . Iam just mocking things up. Do you think when the nitrous is flowing thru the nozzles cause the airhorn boot to flex to much? Iam going to get a bottle filled up when i get a chance and see what happens. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

i did my old apex set up the same way, just make sure they are in the middle and pointing straight down the throttle bodies when the air box is on. it looks like it will work fine the way you have it.

I phoned boss nos up and they told me they have a fogger nozzle now. Both fuel and nitrous go to the one nozzle for each cylinder. I guess the nozzle creates a vacumm proportion to the amount of nitrous being used. Its supposed to be good to go with no adjusting and fuel adjustment screws like in the past.

im not sure what they are talking about... i dont get how that would work with the fuel injection on the sled, maybe its something new but i havent heard of anything like that. a phazer kit should come like an apex kit, bottle, smart box, nozzles, and the tfi box. i strongly suggest you put an air/fuel guage on the sled if you havent already, although they do take alot of abuse before they pop. we had a main feed line come loose on a vector and long story short, it went like hell then she started crushing pistons!! lol. at least we had fun!! we figured that was well over a 150 hp shot to that 3 cyln!! tough little buggers!!

Updated kit for NOS on the Phazer

I see you got the updated nozzle for the NOS/AVGAS set by BOSS. Could you show pics of where and how you have mounted the NOS bottle and the other small fuel tank? Also, I have heard of a progressive throttle application rather than just a push button. What setup do you have? What are you going to do for clutching?
