Sled Dog said:Well just throwing this out there but could there be a drain in stator or rotor?
I doubt it, as that wouldn't stop me from having power as the Battery is happy to do most things on these sleds...But more of using power through the stator.
I'm working on it tonight and through the weekend, I hope to have it running and all back together

BINGO....Yellow 20 amp fuse for the Ign, never would have belived they had one going to the key, seeing how everything else has one....TK's Don wish I would have know about those as I didn't have to take anything apart too get to those, but I did put a new Interstate Battery in her anyway .
Sorry about the pic as the battery was almost dead when I took the pic

Santa kicked all his helpers out tonight so I could have some peace and quiet and get to putting it all back together and finishing my ride, then mount my A-Arm Protectors & Skid Plate

No problem, sorry I couldn't have helped earlier. I've blown that fuse a few times on my old sled, that's how I knew about it. Now I have to get my #*$&@ in gear and start working to get mine up and running.....

BTW......You would have LOVED my 08 Apex LTX GT ANNV issue as it ran real hard and looked pretty sharp, always drew a crowd.
....HAPPY NEW YEAR & SAFE SLEDDING

I scewed up on the down pipe too the exhuast pipe connection due to a header change, as NO EXHAUST coming out the back....that means tear it down again
Exhaust tips, exhuast covers, rear tail light assmbly, seat, gas tank, tank shroud, dash plate, heat sheild for turbo, heat sheild for header, exhaust & down pipe. Man-O-Man

I should have kept it and mounted a Super Charger on it

Seeing that picture of your custom 08 just reminds me of the one that got away. Nice sled. Do me a favor, if you do decide to sell your new one please pm me and give me a shot at it, Thanks
Well hadn't had much of a chance to ride even though we got great snow!
I put on 5.3 Miles and ran into a small problem, a leak on the turbo exhaust flange and pulling oil right through and out the back like a jet stream. Pulled it apart found that the bottom of the flange was bent slightly and allowing it to suck air.
Well after Pressing it straight and running a welding bead on it to build it up slightly then getting it smooth again. Looks good to go and I'm adding a gasket to it as I fabricated one from high temp steel gasketing that has fiber on both sides of the steel as it's made for headers.
No way it leaks this time
