had my lower front torque arm bolt back out tonight. holes egeed out dont know what the iner shaft looks like yet. also one of the bolts on the link seems loose. only looked at it for second it as 1 am when i got home. kinda pissed off only have 350 miles on the sled. ud think a bolt thats on a pivot point would be lock tighted.

you would think, but you would also think that starters wouldnt be failing, front shock bolts wouldnt be falling out, oh and people wouldnt be having steering issues.

mine came loose after 08 kit install. they put the old style bolts back in. 08 kit has new front arm bolts. after that they seem to stay tight so far.

I think I'm gonna wire lock all my bolts after reading this.
Loctite and a torque wrench are all thats needed. If that doesnt work try these. They work awesome even on a Jackhammer! My local Fastenal has them.

Couldn't get the link to work Cannon
Looks like thier site is having trouble.Try it later. Here is a pic of what they look like. They work awesome.I believe a assortment of 75 is like $25 at Fastenal.Just remember they effectively make your bolt shorter so may consider longer bolts where needed also.

well here the list of things i found wrong.
one torque arm bolt gone
other lose
no noticable blue thread patch on them like other bolts.
inner boggie wheel shaft bolt lose
boggie wheel shaft bent about a 1/8th of an inch down.
both rails where the torque arm bolts the holes are egged out to 7/16th if not 1/2 inch.
torque arm lower shaft striped
torque arm is bent up at the upper shaft with paint flakeing around the welds.
to the dealer it goes in a box of parts and hopefully they dont try sticking me cause i didnt buy it threw them cause they never gave me a call back when i said im snowcheckin a sled i want to know ur best price and snow check ends in 3 days
