I blew a belt the other day, changed it and it seems like my clutch is rubbing on something, kinda sounds like metal rubing on metal, it only does it to about 30 km/h. my sled also engaged at around 5700 to 6000 rpm wich is pretty abnormal.

Help plz? just having problems after problems after problems, just fed up! :o|

did you take apart your secondary at all to do adjustments?
maybe forgot to twist the spring before you put on the snap-ring.

something lodged in the primary also can be a problem.

It would be on the splined shaft.Right where arrow points to.
