Clutch weight question on a turbo

running 78 grams have belt slip on stock clutches how much can I go up,run the boost at 10 pd,engage it at 4800,over rev at 11,500, stock motor with a gt30

Go to 82 grams to start.

03 rx1 stock clutches stock belt,dalton 50 cam,dalton red primary spring,also dalton red secondary spring,stock gearing,with a 144 speed track,proline suspension,garret gt 3071 I believe,it eat this set up.

What are you running for primary weights & how are they set up?

Give em he!! Turk, Your set up put me with in, 600 RPM of ideal RPM. I think its time to go to 4 post next year for sure.


Turk will get you set up good, Ted will also, Both have great advise.
