All I'm going to say at this time is this -

We are the exclusive Canadian Distributor for ProLine Performance. John will be directing all orders from Canada through our business. We will be doing testing ourselves for the FUN and benifit of testing in general and to share info with fellow sled enthusiasts.... Tom has accepted financial support from John at ProLine Performance and has confirmed with me it's permitted to PM or EMAIL us through the site here if you have any questions. You will be served properly and professionally

Everyone have a Great Week!

PS: Thanks for being "KooL" Tom
PSS: Pic of testing pad. Will hopefully be using triple piped Viper for comparison sled ( midrange comparison - stock to ProLine kit supplied)
PSSs: Sorry... No Film Crews as of yet ( but we're work'n on it ) :D
peace out ;)!

I have a few questions!

What is going to happen with warranty issues?
How much warranty comes with the clutch?
Is there a money back gaurantee?
Who is going to answer the Canadian members clutch questions? There is bound to be plenty and will that person be knowledgable in clutching technology?
Where will they get their parts if needed Canada or US?
Where is the cluctch to be serviced if need be and will it have to be shipped all the way back to Dalton or Proline or done in Canada?

MY friends attack is acting the same as sled dogs and we think its in the primary clutch either the spring is different or the rollers is the problem, the same as buster says when we get some more snow to do the testing thats what we are going to change to see if we can get it to engage and run smoother at low speeds.

Well I think a lot of people would like to know how this is going to be handled exactly before ordering from a brand new dealer who has an agent to handle the Canadian orders that no one knows. If you wouldnt mind answering these questions to put peoples mind at ease. We are used to being treated with geat service from our dealers and our questions answered by knowledgable, qualified people. You are actually an agent for one of our dealers in the US now so I would like to know exactly how things are going to be handled. I dont think that is too much too ask. Do you?

I dont know enough to answer your questions. Do not PM me. You have been asking me questions I cant answer which is inappropriate behaviour. ( re=edited ) To now say below you PM'd to deleated from our site is really the truth. We had to call the web host of our site because I didn't know how to delete your account as requested.

I refuse ( out of lack of respect for the policies of this board and Tom's NOT WANTING people to start 'games' online ) to answer questions I cant answer.

Please keep any questions directed at my skill level. I'l
