Go-Pro videos show what is going on with suspension, track, skis and other views..... like winning over the competition :) ;)!

A man came up to me and asked if he could attach a Go-Pro to my sled to see what it looks like from a view many don't see. I absolutely agreed and want to share this video with all of you. I need to permanently mount these to my sled.

This was 4/20/19 at an asphalt race with my winder.
EVO Stage 4 flash, EVO captains choice exhaust, EVO blow off valve and charge tubes, stock airbox, Thunder Products Clutching Big Venom kit, Thunder Products Clutching 911 cover, Gates Carbon Fiber belt (2nd season on asphalt now and hundreds of trail miles from this past winter), Viper primary clutch with TPC rollers in both secondary and primary.

Looks sweet. Took no time to real your competitor in....
What time will it turn?
Was that 600 yards or a 1/4 mile?
MS

The sled ran a 6.13 @ 115mph on that pass where I reeled in that sled in the 1/8th mile (660 ft.)
1/4 mile test run I made was mid 9's at 135mph (and that is with 21/41 gearing)

Traction was not the greatest and you can hear the track slip the first 60 feet then pull the skis a tiny bit. Sled will run 5.80's at 135mph...just got to get the 60 foot times down.

Yes, that was an 800 Ski-doo that races there, reeled the sled in fast

Driver size? 10 tooth?

Duane, definitely cheaper than what you race ;)!

We remove the slides and add extra wheels to the skid. Works really good!

Got more pics of the front and rear suspensions setups? Interested to see how many wheels you end up adding and how you tie down the front (if it's using stock components).

Pretty neat video. It would be really cool if you could get a video of the clutches, synchronized with a video of the speed/rpm. Then you could really see how the clutches are shifting relative to the speed and rpm.

Reeled him in he quit at 660 you went 1/4 mile he was way ahead! I hate skidoo’s but

Isnt this bracket racing?

Bracket racing. Well, it’s not racing really. You don’t even need to be fast at all. What’s the point?

It’s more of a ride than a race. LOL! Never understood why anyone would be interested myself.
